Person Centered Planning

Family Voices wants to ensure families have information to advocate on behalf of themselves and/or their children. This bulletin explains the new person centered process that should be part of the DD, Autism, and Support Services waivers. from DDRS: On January 1, 2009, the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services (DDRS) launched a unique and progressive person-centered planning process to better support individuals participating in Indiana’s Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Medicaid Waiver program.
