Public Hearing – Amendment to Vocational Rehabilitation Services Section of the 2017 WIOA Unified State Plan to request approval to implement an Order of Selection

The Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services (DDRS), Bureau of Rehabilitation Services (BRS) invites the public to share comments regarding the Draft Amendment to the Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Services portion of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Unified State Plan. The proposed amendments to the Unified State Plan are to the following sections of the VR Services portion:

M. Order of Selection

The draft amended sections of the VR portion of the WIOA Unified State Plan is available for review on the DDRS Announcements Web page. The current WIOA Unified State Plan can be viewed in full by clicking here. Comments may be emailed to Kathy.Sodeman@fssa.IN.gov, or sent to the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services, 402 W. Washington Street, Room W453, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204. For other accommodations, contact Kathy.Sodeman@fssa.IN.gov at least five business days prior to the public hearing. Comments will be accepted until 4 p.m. (EST), April 25, 2017. The public hearings will allow additional opportunity for public comment.
