Housing Choice Voucher Opens Mainstream Program Waiting List
The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority has opened the Mainstream Voucher Waiting List. The Mainstream Voucher serves people under the age of 62 with a disability. The voucher covers a portion of the rent and the tenant is expected to pay the balance. The tenants' share is generally calculated to be between 30 to 40 percent of their monthly-adjusted gross income for rent and utilities.
To request an application, email S8Waitlist@ihcda.IN.gov or call (317) 232-7788 and choose option 9.
