Indiana Disability Rights (IDR), in partnership with the Governor’s Council for People with Disabilities, announces a new 2-year Disability Law Fellowship that will begin in May 2021. The purpose of the fellowship to support a new law school graduate with a disability to start building an area of expertise and to provide a targeted service to the disability community. The fellow will work under the supervision of an IDR Senior attorney and will have the opportunity to propose their own project within the field of disability rights.

Eligible candidates must identify as having a disability and graduate in December 2020 or May 2021 from an ABA accredited law school. Eligible candidates must also seek admission to the Indiana bar and be eligible to work in the United States for the two-year fellowship term.
Applications are due Tuesday, January 26, 2021.
