We want our loved ones with disabilities to have the best life possible, and there are more options for people with disabilities than ever before. We want our loved ones to have experiences, to fully participate in all aspects of life, and to take advantage of every opportunity possible. We also want them to choose what kind of life they want to live, and we want that plan for a good life to grow and change with them as they get older.
Charting the LifeCourse ™ and the LifeCourse Framework ™ have tools to help plan that good life and to plan for a good life during different stages of life. Join in this webinar as we Chart the LifeCourse and plan a vision for a good life.
