Join in a Network of Support Focus Group Discussion

The Arc of Indiana is hosting a series of focus groups around the state for families, self-advocates, DSPs, case managers, advocates, and providers to join in a discussion around developing a statewide network of support framed around Charting the LifeCourse.

GOALS:

• -Enhance the capacity of family members to reframe their understanding & expectations for a “good life” for their loved one.
• -Enhance the capacity of case managers, DSPs, professionals in the IDD field to use Charting the LifeCourse principles to reframe their interactions with the people they support and their families to have the “good life” they envision.
• -Create collective impact through the development of local, state and national networks focused on social change driven by Charting the LifeCourse principles.
