Medicaid and CHIP info from CMS

Family Voices Indiana shares the following information from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS):

On July 15, 2013, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a final rule that supplements the Exchange final rule, including finalizing Exchange and Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) provisions associated with the eligibility changes under the Affordable Care Act of 2010.  The rule is available at: http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2013-07-15/pdf/2013-16271.pdf
