Give input on Medicaid waivers before Feb 28th!

From David Mank at IIDC:

I've recorded a short video to tell you more about an important effort that is going on in Indiana, spearheaded by the Family and Social Services Administration - the renewal of Indiana's Medicaid waivers for people with developmental disabilities. Part of that effort is to gather ideas from people affected by the waivers - individuals with disabilities, family members, community providers, case managers, advocates, and others.

This is the time for you to be part of the conversation!

Please take a few minutes to watch the video for more details. Then click on the links below the video to participate in the waiver survey, an alternative way to join the statewide "conversation" about Indiana's waivers.

You can watch the video here.

To submit your ideas about the waivers and how to improve them, click here to enter your ideas into the online survey.
