Care Select and Medicaid waiver recipients

To date, no Medicaid waiver recipients have been auto-enrolled in Care Select. There is no date established for when that might happen. FV will post that info if it is shared with us. 

In the meantime, families can "opt in" to Care Select, and a Care Management Organization of Advantage or MdWise, by selecting a PMP. If your current doctor is already a PMP you may want to enroll in a CMO for enhanced care management. If your current doctor is NOT a PMP, you can tell the CMO the name of the doctor and ask them to solicit their membership. At this time, you can opt to continue care with your current doctor and remain in traditional Medicaid without Care Select. We will update you when an auto enroll date is released.
