State Disability Plan: Indiana Disability Poll Now Open
FV Indiana urges our members to share their perspective by taking this online poll. This is a quick and easy way to make your voice heard.
Here is an opportunity to share your ideas as part of a statewide survey called the Indiana Disability Poll. The Disability Poll for this year is seeking input about issues that are important to Indiana's disability community. People with disabilities, family members, service providers, advocates are invited to participate in this year's Disability Poll. The information from this survey will be used in the development of Indiana’s State Disability Plan.

The Disability Poll is conducted annually through a collaboration among Indiana’s Developmental Disabilities (DD) Network: the Indiana Governor's Council for People with Disabilities, the Indiana Protection and Advocacy Services, and the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community.
