To: Consumers, providers and stakeholders who support individuals with disabilities From: The Division of Disability and Rehabilitation Services, Bureau of Developmental Disabilities and Bureau of Quality Improvement Services Re: Crisis Management and BQIS Outreach Services Date: June 7, 2010 Due to the current state of the economy, the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services (DDRS) announces the discontinuation of Crisis Management Services and Outreach Services through its contracted vendors. Effective immediately, Meridian Services and A. W. Holdings, LLC, will no longer partner with DDRS to conduct Crisis Management Services. This includes in-person technical assistance, make out-of-home placements, or provide follow-along consultations. The vendors will continue to provide consultations through their 24 hour/ 7 day per week crisis phone line through
