DDRS Bulletin
FV Indiana knows how important it is for our members to stay up to date about changes to the systems and services that impact their loved one. We urge our members to take a few minutes and read the DDRS Quarterly Update that was released today. It can be found online at: http://www.in.gov/fssa/files/Quarterly_Update_1-2011.pdf.
This update contains information about changes to First Steps, Medicaid Waivers, an explanation of Objective Based Allocation (including the appeals process), an explanation of DDRS legislative agenda and process for review and public comment on policy changes, and many other topics.
Members are also encouraged to take advantage of opportunities for public comment on policy and to connect with your legislators about the proposed legislation. You may find it helpful to review our Guide to the Legislative Session.
