HB 1367 rally at the statehouse 1/25

Family Voices Indiana shares the following alert from Hear Indiana regarding a rally they are sponsoring in regards to HB 1367. You can find more info about the proposed bill here.

Here are the details you need to join Hear Indiana tomorrow:

  • Please plan to arrive at the Indiana State House at 7:30am (if at all possible) to allow ample time to go through security and proceed to the House Chamber. Those testifying should report to the 3rd floor (House Chamber) and sign-in. All other supporters should proceed to the 4th floor House Gallery.

Please wear black so we are unified. We will have brightly colored red/white/blue ribbons for you to wear as well.

Please visit HearIndiana.org/HB1367 for maps of the area and parking garages nearby.

If you cannot attend the hearing, please make sure you have contacted your legislators regarding HB 1367, no matter where you stand on the issue. Your voice matters.

This is a biased opinion of one side... the wrong side is supporting it.. YOU NEED TO OPPOSE! It was rushed with no DEAF comments, everything was made by hearing people.

HB 1367 is the result of a six month review of ISD and Outreach. Parents are not receiving unbiased info to make an informed decision. The report from the review by OMB and more info can be found at HearIndiana.org/hb1367. Thank you for supporting hb 1367: all options for all families!
