Important info regarding DD forum about waivers-you MUST register by 10/4

There will be a public forum next week where individuals will have 4 mins to share their concerns with the DD commission:

The time limit is 4 minutes, and families are required to have their names on the agenda.  The deadline to be added to the agenda is tomorrow, Oct 4. You must contact  Susan Kennell at 317-234-2104 and get your name added to the agenda if you plan to speak.

The Commission will hear testimony from families and friends of individuals who 

are receiving services from the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services.

 

Families can apply for the family leadership fund to support their participation. We can also provide guidance on effective advocacy.
