BDDS 8 Seymour office has relocated

Family Voices Indiana confirmed with BDDS that the Seymour office in Southern Indiana has closed. Below is the letter sent to families in that area of the state:

Effective Monday, September 16, 2013, our Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services’ (BDDS) district office currently located at 211 N. Chestnut St., Seymour, Ind. will relocate to 1452 Vaxter St., Clarksville, Ind.  Please be assured that this office relocation will not affect your services or our response to your inquiries and requests.  The new contact information is as follows:
