Survey for Hoosier families
Family Voices Indiana shares the following opportunity for input:
Project LAUNCH is a state wide project to improve Indiana's services for parents and young children run by the State Dept of Health. They are asking for help in distributing a short survey intended for families and consumers.
The survey focuses on what families believe the state is doing right and what we can do better for them and their children. It’s important to note that anyone who is a parent can take this short survey; They want to collect information on all Hoosier children and families, not just those who may be at risk. Feel free to share this with any parents you know. The survey will close on February 21st.
