Community Supports #Survey

Family Voices Indiana shares the following announcement from DDRS:

 

The Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services (DDRS), in partnership with the 

University of New Hampshire Institute on Disability (IOD), is conducting a survey on the 

service system currently available in Indiana, for individuals with Intellectual or Developmental 

Disabilities (IDD) and co-occurring mental/behavioral health challenge. 

 

DDRS and IOD wish to collect responses from individuals working in all aspects of mental 

health or IDD services to identify areas where the state may be able to strengthen or improve the 

delivery of services. The survey only takes few minutes to complete and is available at the 

following link: Indiana Community Support Services Survey 

 

Please feel free to share information about the survey with other members of the community who 

can offer their insights as it relates to the IDD population.
