Caregiver Supports Services Open for Applications July 1


Indiana's Caregiver Support Services program provides temporary assistance to families caring for eligible persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are residing with the family or legal guardian. Funds are limited and are available on a first come first serve basis. The program will be open for applications July 1. If you have received services in the past, you do need to reapply for services.
Applications for Caregiver Support Services may be made online, by mail or in-person. To apply online, please click on the online application link below. To apply by mail or in-person please call or visit your local BDDS District office and request an application.
