The IIDC’s Center for Health Equity (CHE) and the Indiana State Department of Health’s Division of Chronic Disease, Primary Care and Rural Health invite you to attend an Optimal Health for All workshop in Indianapolis, September 24, 2019, Terre Haute, October 2, 2019, and Fort Wayne, October 16, 2019.
