Families with a child between the ages of 1-5 participating in either First Steps or receiving special education services due to a medical condition or delay in 2 or more areas are needed to participate in an interview, complete two surveys, allow observation in one IFSP or IEP meeting and give permission to speak confidentially with your provider.
