Food Safety Education for Home Kitchens Research Study

"My name is Leah Klinestiver and I am an undergraduate research assistant in Dr. Yaohua (Betty) Feng’s lab at Purdue University’s Food Science department. We would like to evaluate the effectiveness of a home food safety practices curriculum developed for low-income families. We are recruiting individuals who are the primary meal preparers in their home and who have young children at home to participate in two one-hour courses that will be delivered in an online format. This course will be offered in both Spanish and English. All the participants will receive a $50 Amazon gift card incentive after completing the course.
