This year, we are launching our inaugural Transitions of Care Patient Advocacy Summit, bringing stories and expert insights covering all stages of the transition process from pediatric to adult care.
Join us June 15th-24th for multiple events focused on ensuring that young adults living with a neurologic condition and those who support them have the knowledge, tools, and confidence to be able to make the process a success.
The summit will include 7 live talks and 3 pre-recorded videos released to registrants at the start of the event.
