The American Physical Therapy Association is seeking feedback on interventions to include in a clinical practice guideline (CPG) on improving mobility for children with cerebral palsy (CP) who can stand or walk with or without devices.

You are invited to complete this survey if you are a caregiver of a child with CP who can stand or walk with or without devices, or are an adult with CP between the ages of 18-25 years who uses PT services. Please follow the following link to participate in a 15-30 minute survey about this CPG or pass it on to someone you know who would be interested in participating.  https://redcap.link/CPMobilityCPG
