Mapping New and Existing Community Health Coalitions in Indiana

 

Connections in Health (affiliated with Indiana CTSI), the Indiana University Bloomington School of Public Health, and the IU Center for Rural Engagement are interested in identifying new and existing community health coalitions addressing concerns related to physical, social, and emotional well-being in local counties. We are also assessing the types of organizations that are leading coalitions in local counties and reasons for participation. We are looking for individuals 18 years of age and older participating in Indiana local coalitions to complete a 5- to 10-minute survey.
