Starting the Conversation: A toolkit for self-advocates to talk about sexual violence in their community

Kelsey Cowley is a self-advocate from Indiana who created a toolkit for and about people with cognitive and developmental disabilities recognizing and responding to violence. She worked with Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence, the Self-Advocates of Indiana and Self-Advocacy Resource and Technical Assistance Center to develop these Self-Advocacy Leadership and Policy materials.
