BRIDGE: Building Resources to Inform Families using Digital Guidance and Education

The Health Services and Informatics Research (HSIR) team at Parkview Research Center is conducting a study to curate and create web-based content for family members of people with a chronic mental condition(s)to use as a resource for supporting their family member while adjusting to life as a young adult.

We are recruiting health care providers to participate in an online questionnaire. You may participate if you meet the following criteria:

o You are a Mental or Cognitive Health Provider who engages in direct patient care activities with adolescents and/or young adults for at least 15 hours per week on average OR someone who works with adolescents and/or young adults on topics of health and wellbeing

o You are 18 years old or older

o You live in the U.S.

o You can read, speak, and understand English

o You agree to consent to participate in the study

If you decide to participate, you will click the link below. You will need to read through the consent form and type your name (as your signature) saying you agree (consent) to participate in the questionnaire. This questionnaire may take you up to 15 minutes to complete. You will be emailed a $10.00 Visa gift card code within 3 weeks of the completion date of the questionnaire*.

Once you complete the questionnaire, you will be given the opportunity to indicate if you’re interested in participating in a provider only focus group where you and other provider participants will share your experiences and utilization of resources for those with a chronic mental condition(s). This focus group may take place in person or virtually. If chosen, this engagement will require your participation for up to 120 minutes. You will be emailed $50.00 compensation via a Visa gift card code within 3 weeks of attending the focus group*.
