Share Experiences Accessing Behavioral Health Crisis Services

Families can help inform the planning and delivery of crisis services in their state by completing a survey describing their experiences accessing behavioral health crisis services for their child under age 24. All responses are anonymous. The survey is being conducted by the Family-Run Executive Director Leadership Association, the Institute for Innovation and Implementation at the University of Maryland School of Social Work, and the Maryland Coalition of Families.
