Legislative Updates

At Indiana Family to Family, we aim to provide families with too to make informed decisions, advocate for improved systems and policies, and build partnerships between professionals and families.  As part of our advocacy efforts, we want to help you stay informed about bills that may have an impact on your family as well as others.  A couple of bills to keep an eye on:

SB 457 seeks to increase payment rates for A&D and TBI Direct Care Waiver Services.  No hearing is currently scheduled.

HB 1201 and SB 407 have similar language to establish a state rare disease advisory council.  Neither bill has a hearing scheduled, but the Senate bill recently added multiple co-sponsors.
