Nominations for the Indiana School Health Network Conference

The Governor and Cheri Daniels School Health Award is presented at the ISHN Conference every year to a deserving school or community health professional.

Nominations are encouraged to be submitted for someone who is/has:

• A strong advocate for student health
• A strong advocate for a healthy school environment
• Made an outstanding contribution to improving statewide processes and policies that benefit Indiana schools
• Promotes school wellness policies, school health behaviors, and activities in Indiana
