Proposed Rule: Ensuring Access to Medicaid Services

The proposed rule Ensuring Access to Medicaid Services includes measures to increase transparency, oversight and public engagement regarding home an community-based services (HCBS) access and quality of care, including measures that aim to improve job quality for direct care workers who provide home-based services. Public comment is open until July 3.  All comments received must be included in the rule.
