New Indiana Service Animal Law
A new Indiana law that went into effect on July 1st states only dogs and miniature ponies can be designated as service animals. It also sets requirements for when service animals are allows in public spaces. Part of the law reads that "a public accommodation shall make reasonable modifications in policies, practices, or procedures to permit the use of a miniature horse by an individual with a disability."
