"Indiana students with disabilities may be eligible for an Educational Scholarship Account (ESA).  The Indiana State Board of Education has filed a Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule, LSA #32-504, regarding the development of the educational scholarship account service plan.  To provide clarification, the Office of Legal Affairs-Dispute Resolution has released this guidance memo.  Contact IDOE's Dispute Resolution Team with any questions."
