Study for Autism Interventions for Transition Age Youth

Ball State University is conducting online focus groups with caregivers, special education teachers, and pre-employment specialists, and in-person or online interviews with students with autism to better understand how to improve collaboration and communication across home, school, and community settings for better outcomes.

To be included in the study, you must be (a) a high school student with autism who is 1 or 2 years out from graduating; (b) a caregiver of a high school student with autism; (c) a special education teacher of students with autism; or (d) a pre-employment specialist who serves high school students with autism and be comfortable speaking English.

Participants will receive a $50 gift card. The focus groups will last about 90 minutes and interviews will last about 30 minutes.
