BDS establishes transition process from Supervised Group Living settings to CIH Waiver

Individuals who currently live in a Supervised Group Living (SGL) setting who wish to transition to the Community Integration and Habilitation (CIH) Waiver will now have to live in the SGL setting for a minimum of 365 days before being able to apply for the CIH Waiver.  More details can be found in the recent IHCP Bulletin: https://www.in.gov/medicaid/providers/files/bulletins/BT202606.pdf
