Family Voices Indiana shares information about the upcoming meeting of the health finance commission: MEETING NOTICE The first meeting of the Health Finance Commission will be held on August 23, 2012. The meeting will convene at 1:00 P.M. in the House Chambers of the State House, 200 W. Washington St., Indianapolis, Indiana. Tentative agenda items include the following: -  The effectiveness of current laws and rules in Indiana and best practices used by other states for the regulation and monitoring of pain management facilities and prescribers of controlled substances (SEA 24); -  Specified health insurance plans and the number of covered people with copayments, coinsurance amounts, and out-of-pocket costs incurred for prescription drugs that exceed specified amounts for the coverage (SEA 407,SB 334, HR 66); and - Whether any limitation should be placed on the dispensing of a prescription drug by pharmacies (SEA 407, SB 334, and HR 66).   (T
