Designed for parents of children and youth with special health care needs, and the professionals who serve them

Friday, Oct. 6, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Location: North United Methodist Church, 3808 N. Meridian St., Indianapolis, IN. Free parking is available at the conference site.

Registration for families and professionals will be open this summer.
