Vocational Rehabilitation Services Order of Selection FAQ and State Plan
The Bureau of Rehabilitation Services (BRS) has posted a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document on the Order of Selection (OOS) Web page, available by clicking here. The FAQ addresses commonly asked questions raised during the recent public comment period for the amendment to the Vocational Rehabilitation section of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) State Plan.
The final draft of the State Plan is also posted on the OOS Web page. OOS will be implemented when BRS receives approval of the State Plan amendment by the Rehabilitation Services Administration. The timeframe for when BRS might receive that approval is unknown; however, the program does not anticipate implementation occurring prior to August 1, 2017.
