Family Caregiver Mental Health Survey
Are you a Family Caregiver of an individual with a disability?
The Center for Health Equity at the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community at Indiana University Bloomington wants to hear from family caregivers of individuals (minor or adult) with disabilities living in Indiana, about their mental health experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Center is inviting family caregivers to complete a brief online survey. The results will help us better understand the mental health needs of family caregivers. This study is funded by the Administration for the Community Living, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
All responses will be released as part of group summaries, and individual responses will remain anonymous. The entire survey should take no more than 20 minutes to complete.
