Webinar: Health Care Access for People with Disabilities

This webinar will teach ways to make health care more accessible to people with disabilities. Topics include interacting with people with disabilities, effective communication, reasonable modifications of policies, practices, and procedures, medical equipment, and facility access.

The webinar presenter is Marcy Hintzman, MS, CRC. Marcy coordinates the ADA Trainer Leadership Network program for the Great Lakes region. She also provides technical assistance and training on the various aspects of the ADA as well as other disability-related issues.

CME, CNE, and pharmacy continuing education will be offered.
