EMS Survey Opportunity

The EMS for Children Innovation and Improvement Center (EIIC) is developing resources for improving the care and transport of children during health emergencies.  They are looking for parent/caregiver opinions about past interactions with EMS and want to know ‘what worked’ and ‘what didn’t work’.

The survey has two questions and a brief, optional demographic form. It will take 10-20 minutes to complete.  It asks:

  • What specific needs or expectations did you or your child have that were not able to be fulfilled by the EMS responders?
  • What specific needs or expectations were met by EMS responders that made the experience positive, beneficial for your child, and easier in managing the unexpected situation?

The survey is available at https://redcap.uhhospitals.org/redcap/surveys/?s=JAXKWK8MNRX9EAM9 and is open until November 15.
