If an individual receiving waiver services or their guardian requests waiver service accounting records, waiver providers have 30 calendar days to provide the documentation. Accounting records can only be requested once per calendar quarter. Individuals or their legal guardian may also request an itemized statement for billed services no more than twice per calendar year. See the full announcement below for further details.
