The Summit is for family members of people with disabilities who are interested in starting a Family Network in their community. Attendees will connect with others doing this work, learn about the Connected Families Community Development Model, and begin a strategic plan to support the application process. Accepted attendees receive a stipend, hotel stays are covered for out-of-town attendees who need to stay overnight, and accessibility supports are available on request.
